If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return goods within 30 days for a refund, replacement or exchange if:
• You have the original purchase Invoice
• The item is unused and unopened
• The item is in its original, undamaged packaging
Note:
• Gift vouchers cannot be refunded
Defective goods can be returned within 6 months of date of purchase if:
• You have the original invoice or purchase number
• The goods have been used for their intended purpose and cared for as per the instruction manual
Note:
• You will have the choice to have returned goods replaced or refunded.
• We reserve the right to send returned products for further assessment.
Please note that, due to the courier costs on our side, we are unfortunately unable to refund the delivery fee with the Courier Guy should you choose to cancel your order.
Refunds:
Please return the products at your own cost.
Refunds will be done via Eft or via the payment method of choice.
If an exchange happens, AVIVA will send stock back to no extra cost to client.
